Dmitry Melnikov is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Group Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the Board at Eurasian Resources Group since 2014, Dmitry also holds the positions of Chief Legal Officer and Executive Director of M&A and International Legal. Additionally, Dmitry is a member of both the Group Executive Committee and the Supervisory Board of ERG Kazakhstan. Prior to this role, Dmitry was an Advisor at Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation for a brief period in 2014 and spent over a decade as a Senior Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where responsibilities included negotiating deals, structuring transactions, and coordinating legal teams. Dmitry holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law, a JD equivalent from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and a Ph.D. in Law from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property.

Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) is a leading diversified natural resources group headquartered in Luxembourg with integrated mining, processing, energy, logistics, and marketing operations.
