Jani Ahola

Jani Ahola is an experienced professional in the trading and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Trading Operations at Eurex since March 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing functional operations in derivatives trading and market supervision. Previous roles at Eurex include Head of Trading Control and Market Supervision, focusing on daily option pricing and compliance. Jani is also a founding partner and board member of CathoTec Oy, a startup providing equipment for metal refining, and has held roles in international operations at Cathodex Oy. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Nasdaq, where Jani managed major migration projects post-merger and led equities trading development, as well as market supervision at the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Jani holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
