In this role, Ann leads a team of HR business partners from the UK and France and supports significant employee growth in the UK. Previously, Ann held positions as Customer Service Manager and HR Manager for Benelux, focusing on customer satisfaction through efficient procedures and effective communication while establishing personnel policies during the transition of workers from a service provider. Prior to Euro Pool System, Ann worked in bookkeeping and administration at Kistenpool VBT and as an administrative employee at Mechelse Veilingen. Ann holds a graduate degree in bookkeeping and a master's degree in French-Italian.
