Elpida Tsiarta

Elpida Tsiarta currently serves as the Head of Rules and Regulations and Social Dialogue at EUROCONTROL, leading a multidisciplinary team of legal experts since January 2019. Tsiarta manages internal statutory committees and oversees the application of service regulations, focusing on staff complaints and performance appraisals. Prior roles at EUROCONTROL include Legal Expert for Social Dialogue issues and Legal Expert/Advisor to the Director of Network Manager. Tsiarta's experience encompasses participating in administrative reforms and providing legal support on topics such as data protection and international law. Earlier career highlights include a legal internship with the International Bar Association, work at the Embassy of Cyprus in The Hague, and a position at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Tsiarta holds a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Laws from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
