EUROCONTROL
Major General Karsten Stoye joined EUROCONTROL as Head of the Civil-Military Coordination (CMC) Division and Military Advisor to the Director General on 1 October 2021.
He is responsible for leading and managing both military-military and civil-military cooperation and coordination with Member States’ military and civil authorities, as well as the EU institutions and NATO. His role involves working transversely to accommodate the integration of military requirements and civil-military ATM coordination needs across the Agency’s activities in support of regulation, and enhancement of the European ATM network including military needs and contribution to SESAR.
