Laurent served as the CEO of Eurofragance SLU, leading the company's strategic transformation and global expansion efforts. Prior to this, they were the Global Business Director at Eurofragance, where they achieved significant sales growth and implemented important organizational changes. Laurent also held various management positions at Firmenich, including VP Global Sales, Marketing & Portfolio Management and Group Director, where they oversaw a wide range of responsibilities such as sales, marketing, and product portfolio management. Before joining Firmenich, they worked at Givaudan as the Head of Global Marketing and International Account Manager, where they successfully managed key accounts and developed a global business network. Laurent began their career at Procter & Gamble as the European Product Research Manager, focusing on product development and brand performance.
Laurent Mercier pursued their education in Chemistry at the European Higher Institute of Chemical Studies (ex Chimie Strasbourg) from 1986 to 1989. During this period, they obtained a Chemistry Degree, focusing their studies in the field of Chemistry.
