Reineke Hameleers is a seasoned professional in animal welfare, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Eurogroup for Animals since 2013. Hameleers also holds the position of Vice President at the World Federation for Animals and is a Board Member of the Nationaal Comite advies dierproevenbeleid. Previous experience includes roles as regional director at Dierenbescherming Limburg and program manager at Stichting Dierenbescherming Limburg. Hameleers began a career at the Nederlandse Vereniging tot Bescherming van Dieren, serving as both regional coordinator and project officer. Hameleers holds an MBA from The Open University and a Master's degree from Maastricht University.
