Fouad SALAMÉ is a Legal Counsel specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions at Euronext, with a focus on corporate law, capital markets, and securities. SALAMÉ also holds the position of Board Secretary for Euronext Paris and related entities. Previous experience includes a role as a Legal Consultant for Corporate M&A and Private Equity at Watson Farley & Williams, as well as positions in international business development and junior legal assistance.
