Joana Silva

Joana Silva is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Asset Manager at Euronext since June 2021, having previously held the role of IT Asset Management Analyst, where responsibilities included analytical, operational, and administrative support for IT asset management processes. Joana began the career as a Continual Service Improvement Analyst - Trainee, focusing on service improvement activities within the ICT service delivery lifecycle. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Consultant at Aubay Portugal from June 2022 to April 2023 and production management roles at SPM from January 2020 to June 2021. Joana holds a Master's degree in Mining and Geo-Environment Engineering (2017-2019) and a Licentiate degree in Mining and Engineering (2013-2017), both from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
