Peter Middleton

Peter Middleton serves as Associate Director and Client Services Group Capability Lead at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since March 2018, focusing on leading and transforming IT capabilities with a team of approximately 150 individuals. Previously, Peter was Chief Executive Officer at Cloudline Limited from February 2005 to January 2021, providing strategic advisory and digital transformation services. Peter's extensive experience includes roles as Interim Chief Operating Officer at Ctrl O Ltd, Chair of the Public Sector Special Interest Group at the Cloud Industry Forum, Future Capability Transformation Lead at the Food Standards Agency, and Transformation Lead at the UK Home Office. Additionally, Peter has contributed to various initiatives in the cloud sector, notably as G-Cloud Service Manager for the Government Digital Service and as a board member of Eurocloud UK. Peter's career also includes significant roles at Serco and ROL Solutions, focusing on business transformation and data quality improvements.
