Thomas Revial

Thomas Revial has extensive experience in public administration and financial management, currently serving as the Director of the President’s Office at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since January 2021. Prior to this role, Revial was the Deputy Chief of Staff at the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery from September 2018 to January 2021. Revial’s background includes significant positions at the French Treasury, including Deputy Director for European Affairs and General Secretary of the CIRI, as well as various leadership roles in financing and development initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an alternate member of the Economic and Financial Committee at the Council of the European Union and as a consultant for The World Bank. Revial holds degrees from prestigious institutions such as the École Nationale d'Administration and École Polytechnique.
