Constance Victor is currently a Program Assistant at the European Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on defense and security research related to Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Constance also works as a Freelance Analyst for Economist Intelligence Unit, specializing in geopolitical analysis of the same regions. Previous experience includes roles as a Communication & Advocacy Intern at ECFR, a Geopolitical Analyst at Bakboka, and internships with the Kosciuszko Institute and Shared Future News. Constance holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from King's College London and a Master of Science in Political Science from Leiden University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same institution. Constance's academic background is further supported by diverse educational experiences, including the International Baccalaureate and involvement in humanitarian projects with UNICEF and Learning Enterprises.
