Ulla Vanttinen

Ulla Vanttinen is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as an Executive Assistant, Communications Officer for Events, and Policy Support Officer at the European Forest Institute since January 2009. Ulla is responsible for coordination of EFI events and the annual conference, as well as supporting the ThinkForest initiative. Previously, Ulla worked at the European Commission from September 1999 to April 2007, providing administrative support to management and managing macroeconomic databases. Ulla holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Foreign Trade from The Kouvola Institute of Commerce and Foreign Trade in Finland, completed between 1987 and 1989.
