Thierry Martinez

Thierry Martinez is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in project management and property development. Currently serving as Directeur programmes at European Homes since 2023, Thierry oversees projects ranging from 33 to 93 housing units, focusing on environmental labeling and leading multidisciplinary teams. Previously, Thierry held the same title at Copama from September 2016 to 2023, managing a team of five and handling large-scale development projects. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de projet at Groupe ODP, where Thierry established a new agency in Paris, and at SOCOTEC, where project management for EDF's facilities was a key responsibility. Thierry began the career as Chargé d'affaires junior at RSI, working on land development and planning studies. Thierry holds a BTS in International Commerce from Pigier, obtained in 2001.
