Oskar's previous positions include Administrative Director at the Prime Minister's office and Deputy Director at Näringsdepartementet, focusing on research, innovation, and economic development. Oskar's academic credentials include a Master of Science from Chalmers University of Technology, along with additional education in business economics and political science.
