Andreja Neral Lamza is a seasoned procurement specialist with extensive experience in managing EU funds and projects related to environmental protection and energy efficiency. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at the European Investment Bank since May 2015, Andreja previously held significant roles including Head of Intermediate Body for EU funds at the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, where responsibilities included setting up the Intermediate Body and contributing to strategies for EU fund absorption. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director for managing EU funds, establishing units for EU funds management, and Head of Special Projects Unit at the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, focusing on project preparation and financing in environmental sectors. Andreja holds an M.A. in Economics, Marketing and a B. in Economics, International Trade from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb.
