Ludovic Ngoran is an experienced ICT Team Leader currently serving at the European Parliament since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 30 IT consultants, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous roles include IT Consultant positions at everis and Serco, as well as IT Manager at Cricket & Co Belgium, overseeing IT service and project management across multiple sites. Ludovic has a robust educational background with a Master’s in Computer Methods Applied to Management from Université de Bordeaux and an Executive Master in Management with a focus on Digital Strategy from Ichec Brussels Management School. Additional qualifications include a Master of Science in Computing and Information Systems from SUPINFO and a Master's in Computer Science Applied to Business Management from Université Nangui Abrogoua.
