Emmanuel Farhat

Emmanuel Farhat is a Senior Legal Officer at the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) since April 2020, bringing extensive experience in legal and international affairs. Previously, Emmanuel served as a Senior International Affairs Officer at the Agence française anticorruption from September 2017 to April 2020. Prior roles include Criminal Justice Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) within the Terrorism Prevention Branch from 2014 to September 2017, and work at the French Ministry of Justice in the Bureau for the Fight Against Organized Crime, Terrorism, and Money Laundering from 2012 to 2014. Emmanuel began a legal career as an investigative judge at the District Court from 2009 to 2012. Emmanuel holds a Master 2 (M2) in EU Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master 1 (M1) in Private Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, having graduated from the Ecole nationale de la Magistrature.
