Marc Dresse has a diverse work experience spanning nearly three decades. Marc began their career at J.P. Morgan in 1993, working as a Financial Operations and Human Resources Associate for seven years. In 2000, they joined SWIFT as a Human Resources Manager and stayed there until 2006. Marc then moved to GSK, where they held the position of Human Resources Director, focusing on HR Transformation for 15 years until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) starting from 2022.
Marc Dresse attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 2005 to 2006, they also attended the Vlerick Business School for a Master Class in Human Resources Management.
