Umberto Raiteri

Umberto Raiteri has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the recycling and home products industries. As President and CEO of the European Recycling Platform (ERP) since September 2006, Raiteri has successfully created, developed, and expanded the organization, which now employs 100 people and generates 90 million euros in revenue across 15 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to this, Raiteri served as Executive Officer for ERP Ireland from August 2005 to August 2006, where the first operational unit of ERP was established. Raiteri's previous experience includes various senior positions at Electrolux Home Products from May 1987 to August 2006, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Irish operations to overseeing product lines and marketing on a European scale. Raiteri holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine and a Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico Pordenone.
