Álvaro Azofra

Álvaro Azofra is an experienced professional in the field of cybercrime and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Unit at Europol since 2017, after previously holding roles as Head of Team and Cybercrime Specialist. Prior to joining Europol, Álvaro worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at the National Centre for Critical Infrastructure Protection in Spain from 2014 to 2017. Álvaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from Universidad de Burgos and has also pursued language studies at the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Burgos.
