David L. is an experienced professional in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science & AI Team and Head of Application Delivery Services Team at Europol since February 2011, David has previous experience as the Head of Software Development and Business Integration Section and Software Architect at OPCW from June 2004 to February 2011. David's career began as a Software Developer at Bridgestone EMIA from June 1997 to December 2000, following earlier roles including Senior Software Developer at Sinergia Tecnológica and an internship at Cipal.
