Jan Gyure has significant experience in the food industry, particularly in cheese production and process engineering. Currently serving as a Chemist of Fiscal Metering at eustream, a.s. since April 2019, Jan previously worked at Bel as a Plant Technologist and Process Engineer in the hard cheese department from November 2015 to April 2019. Responsibilities included overseeing production processes to ensure quality, addressing technological and microbiological issues, and contributing to projects aimed at improving key performance indicators and cost efficiency. Jan holds an Engineer's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
