Kirby Girolami Callam

Kirby Girolami Callam is an experienced education and nonprofit leader with a diverse background in teaching, operations, and program development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of EvanSTEM at Evanston/Skokie School District 65 since January 2015, Kirby has been instrumental in creating a STEM ecosystem that engages over 400 underrepresented youth. Additionally, as the Director of College & Career at Evanston/Skokie School District 65 since May 2023, Kirby continues to promote educational pathways for students. Previous roles include Director of College Partnerships at North Lawndale College Prep High School, Co-teacher at Junta de Educación de Andalucía in Spain, and various leadership positions in educational institutions. Kirby holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University, a Master's in Non-profit Management from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
