Erika Qualls Barnett has extensive experience in library services, program management, and staff supervision. Erika has held various roles such as Programming Manager, Youth Experience Manager, Branch Experience Manager, and Popular Materials Center Supervisor at different library systems. Erika has also taught as an Adjunct Instructor and served as Head of Adult Services and Programming. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration, Erika is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for library patrons of all ages.
