Jonathan Bashir has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career as a Summer Analyst at Business Search, Ltd. in 2002. In 2004, they joined SealMaster Chicago, initially working in Customer Service/Inside Sales before transitioning to Outside Sales. Jonathan played a key role in improving customer service by implementing an electronic point of sale system and streamlining processes.

In 2006, Bashir joined Central Audio-Visual Equipment, Inc. as a Project Manager/P&L Manager. Jonathan successfully managed projects, including a significant contract for installing and maintaining Safari Montage equipment in over 160 schools.

From 2010 to 2012, they held the position of Director of Business Development at SealMaster-St. Louis and American Bentonite International, Inc. At SealMaster-St. Louis, they contributed to finding a plant property, designing a plant, and leading the hiring and training of employees. At American Bentonite International, they played a crucial role in co-creating a contract packaging division for clay distribution, catering to major industry players like Halliburton and AMCOL.

Bashir worked as a Project Consultant at Avenue in 2013 before joining Northwest Enterprises in 2004. During their tenure as General Manager and CFO, they co-managed the operations of four companies within Northwest Enterprises, including SealMaster-Chicago, SealMaster-St. Louis, ABI, Inc., and CAV, Inc.

Jonathan Bashir completed their high school education at St. Viator High School. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000 to 2004. In 2003, they participated in a study abroad program at Vesalius College through Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Later, Jonathan obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 2013.
