Xinyue Ruan

Xinyue Ruan is an experienced Service Journey Designer currently working at Evelyn Partners since May 2022. Previously, Xinyue co-founded and served as a UX/Service Designer at Service Design Laboratory from April 2020 to June 2021, where responsibilities included creating comprehensive UX concepts and planning a large-scale online service design conference. Xinyue has also held positions as a Service Designer at Lloyds Banking Group, a UI Designer at CBi China Bridge, a UX Designer for Microsoft 365 Partner, and a UX Designer at Adobe. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and an Executive MBA module in Entrepreneurship from Imperial Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Art from Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication.
