Chris Werner

Chris Werner is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as General Counsel at EventLink LLC since February 2022, Chris provides strategic legal counsel and ensures compliance with regulations while standardizing contracting processes. Prior to this role, Chris was General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at OutCold, managing business finances and legal matters from January 2017 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Vidar Law Group, where Chris led commercial litigation and business law matters, as well as roles at Myron M. Chris holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington.
