Tom Prabowo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tom began their career as a Summer Intern at Atelier 6 in 2001, where they assisted project architects in design developments for sports complex and commercial projects.
Tom then moved on to Fossil INC in 2004, working as an Associate Environmental Designer, where they designed and developed concepts for the MODERN WATCH COMPANY brand image and boutique stores. Tom also designed a multi-brand showroom.
In 2006, Tom joined Fossil as an Environmental Designer, creating the FOSSIL International Shop In Shop concept for watch, handbag, and eyewear categories. Additionally, they developed the FOSSIL Accessory Store Concept construction drawing standard.
After their time at Fossil, Tom joined Seven Continents in 2010. Tom held various roles, including Production Manager, Cost Estimator, and Product Development + Estimating Manager. Tom was responsible for managing production output, vendor selection, and executing project strategies.
Finally, in 2016, Tom joined Eventscape as a Project Manager before becoming the Project Director in 2019. Tom oversaw the development, prototyping, and manufacturing of custom fixtures, while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets for clients' projects. Tom also managed supplier reference materials, fixture libraries, and relevant documentation.
Overall, Tom Prabowo has a solid background in project management, product development, and design, with experience in various industries.
Tom Prabowo completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Texas A&M University, starting in 1998 and graduating in 2003. Tom then pursued further education at the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, where they obtained a Master's degree in Architecture from 2007 to 2009.

An open-concept modern office full of hand-painted collectible movie posters, vintage stereos, 80’s skateboard decks and 2 motorcycles - if you can believe it – which inspire us and are a common source of creativity. Not to mention, you can always leave your desk for a spot beside the fireplace or outside on our patio. Full of like-minded creatives, who love what they do and have fun doing it, the office is where we host friendly competitions, team celebrations and indulge in delicious snacks from nearby bakeries. Getting together outside the office isn’t uncommon as we continue to participate in Community events (Ride for Heart and Canstruction Toronto) and meet up for paintball sessions or golf games. This is an exciting, fast-paced work-environment that allows employees to quickly see the results of their contributions.
