Kim Koeller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global consulting and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Consulting Practice at Eventus Solutions Group since 2020, Kim focuses on enhancing client value through strategic consulting, process mining, and delivering superior customer experiences across various industries. Prior to this role, Kim was the Managing Director at Horizon Group International, overseeing international client teams and leading initiatives in customer engagement and new product launches. As the Founder and Author of Gluten and Allergy Free Passport, Kim launched innovative resources to support individuals with celiac disease and food allergies. Kim's earlier career at Accenture included significant leadership roles in customer delivery excellence and contact center architecture, managing complex transformation projects globally. Educational credentials include an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Business Management from Purdue University, and participation in a study abroad program at the University of Strasbourg.
