Vincent Lim

Vincent Lim is the VP of People at EvenUp, where technology and AI are leveraged to close the justice gap for personal injury lawyers and victims. As a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council, Vincent collaborates with industry leaders to address workforce challenges. Previously, Vincent served as Chief People Officer at Hinge Health, spearheading growth from 900 to 1700 employees and expanding globally. Notable past roles include VP of People at Medium and Juul Labs, where Vincent guided significant organizational transformations during rapid expansion. Early career experience includes leadership roles at LiveRamp and Google, focusing on recruiting and organizational development, and consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. Vincent holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
