Cara Antonacci serves as Chief People Officer at Everbridge. In this role, Cara oversees all people functions for Everbridge worldwide. Her responsibilities include directing the company’s Human Resources and Recruiting operations.

Cara has over 20 years of HR and Recruiting leadership experience. She joined Everbridge in 2017 and has been instrumental in growing the HR and Recruiting functions globally, creating a performance-based people strategy with a focus on building a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Prior to joining Everbridge, Cara spent 18 years at Jack Morton Worldwide, a global event marketing agency and part of the publicly-held Interpublic Group. She started her career at Jack Morton through an internship while attending Boston College, where she received her undergraduate degree. Over her tenure, Cara held positions including HR Business Partner, Vice President, and SVP, Human Resources, leading the global HR team. She completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development in 2009.
