Niko Hlushchenko

Niko Hlushchenko's work experience includes:

- Currently working as an Operational Risk Analyst at EverC since January 2022.

- Previous experience as a Team Leader GLO TM at BAT from July 2018 to November 2020. Responsibilities included team management, training, CRM management, conflict resolution, and achieving high customer satisfaction. Achievements included consistently improving team performance, low turnover rate, and successful manager development.

- Worked as a Sales Engineer at DUNDAL FIS from January 2017 to August 2018. Responsibilities included sales, logistics management, accounts payable/receivable, partner relationships, website administration, and project support. Achievements included implementing a management system, website modernization, cost reduction, and increased sales margin.

- Held the position of Deputy Chief Accountant at the Kiev Representative Office of the National Space Agency of Ukraine from September 2012 to January 2017.

Niko Hlushchenko obtained a Master's degree in Enterprise Economy from the National Aviation University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued another Master's degree in Management and Logistics at the same university.
