Jonathan Kropf

Jonathan Kropf is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Partner and Head of the San Francisco Office at Evercore Wealth Management, LLC since January 2025. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Managing Director at IEQ Capital from January 2023 to January 2025 and served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Advisor Growth & Experience at SVB Private from May 2022 to January 2023, where efforts focused on expanding wealth management services. At First Republic Bank, Jonathan progressed through roles including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities involved leading wealth manager recruiting, and Vice President, Head of Business Operations, overseeing multiple operational functions. Jonathan has also held leadership roles at ACA Group, PIMCO, PwC, Promontory Financial Group, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, beginning a career in finance with a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College, followed by leadership training at The Wharton School.
