Kimberly Skaurud

Kimberly Skaurud currently serves as the Director of West Region Field Operations at EverDriven, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Kimberly held various leadership roles at Sears Home Services from 1984 to 2023, culminating in the role of Senior Director of In-Home Field Operations, overseeing operations across 10 districts in 16 states with a team of over 1000 managers and associates, and driving an annual revenue of $187 million. Throughout the career at Sears, Kimberly focused on organizational restructuring, high-performance team development, and significant improvement in Field Controllable Profit.
