David Rickard

David Rickard is a Partner, BPS/Enterprise at Everest Group, leading the global customer experience management services and sourcing and vendor management for EMEA clients. Before joining Everest Group in 2021, David held leadership roles in outsourcing and customer experience. Most recently, he led the outsourcing practice for a CX consultancy, and before that, he was a Senior Procurement Director for Microsoft, where he was responsible for contact center outsourcing on a global basis. During his seventeen-year-long career at Microsoft, David became a key member of the leadership team that successfully delivered one of the largest business process outsourcing (BPO) RFPs in recent history and also won the prestigious IAOP Global Excellence in Outsourcing Best Practice Award. Additionally, David is a mentor for the Global Mentorship initiative, a non-profit organization that provides guidance and business skills to college students through online mentorships.
