Scott Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. Scott is currently working at RTI Surgical® as a Compliance Director since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Compliance Consultant at the same company from December 2022 to June 2023.
Before joining RTI Surgical®, Scott spent a significant portion of their career at GSK. From January 2016 to June 2022, they worked as a Program Director, leading the Third Party Oversight Center of Excellence. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining the TPO framework and overseeing supporting solutions. Scott successfully established a governed framework aligning to GSK's Enterprise Risks.
At GSK, Scott also served as the Solutions Lead for Third Party Oversight from September 2015 to June 2016. Scott designed and implemented comprehensive solutions to support the TPO framework for multiple third-party risks. Scott also developed a solution for real-time request oversight.
Scott's roles at GSK also include Lead for CIA Vendor Oversight/SCC Operations Manager from June 2012 to September 2015, where they established control and compliance frameworks for covered suppliers, and Manager for Sourcing Systems from September 2010 to June 2012, where they oversaw global sourcing systems and managed a team responsible for risk management, market intelligence, and contract management.
Previously, Scott had a range of previous work experiences in different companies between May 2001 and September 2010.
Scott Patterson attended Bowling Green State University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Interpersonal Communication.
