Prior to this, Jim held various leadership roles in reputable financial institutions such as FNBC Bank & Trust, Byline Bank, and Baytree Financial Group. Jim has a solid educational background with an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Business Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
