Steven Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Seattle Goodwill Industries since August 2018, Steven is responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR, along with migrating HR and Recruitment functions to ADP's SaaS, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. Prior to this role, Steven worked as an Independent Consultant at Sytrel LLC and held senior positions at Hart Crowser and URS Corp (now AECOM), where notable achievements included managing extensive Remedial Investigation/Feasibility studies for EPA projects and leading teams in the field of water resources. Steven also has experience managing the Maryland office of RE Wright, where responsibilities included overseeing professional staff and enhancing business development efforts. Steven holds a BA in Geology-Hydrogeology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Goodwill is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to help low-income and disadvantaged people in our community prepare for and secure jobs so they may achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families. The people we help face poverty, lack of education and job skills, and limited English proficiency, all of which have kept them from finding or keeping employment. Our comprehensive, free job training and education programs give our students the skills and training to find and keep a job. Donors and shoppers are critical to our mission. Donations of reusable items from the community are sold in our stores, and the net proceeds, along with financial donations from foundations, corporations and individuals, make it possible for us to operate these programs at no cost to those in need in the communities we serve.
