David Claridge has over 40 years of experience in the nuclear engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Engineer and program owner for the Obsolescence Program at Evergy, a position held since April 1993. Prior to this role, David held positions in Equipment Qualification and Procurement Engineering and worked in Nuclear Licensing. Earlier experience includes roles as a Consultant at Comanche Peak and Enercon Services and as a Licensing Engineer at South Texas Project. David began their career at Bechtel in a licensing capacity shortly after obtaining a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University. David's educational foundation includes graduating from Taft High School.
