Alvin D. Laggui

Alvin D. Laggui has a strong background in operations and customer service. Alvin worked at Everise from 2012 onwards, starting as an Operations Supervisor and progressing to roles such as Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and eventually Director of Operations. Alvin was appointed the OIC Director of Operations for a brief period in 2020 before being promoted to Director Of Operations. Alvin currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Everise. Prior to Everise, they worked at Sykes Philippines as an Operations Supervisor and Customer Service Representative from 2007 to 2011. Alvin also had a stint at Influent as a Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Specialist in 2006.

Alvin D. Laggui attended Isabela State University from 1997 to 2001. Alvin then went on to study at Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Public Administration and Governance with a focus on Political Science and Government.
