Jenine Semilla

Jenine Semilla, CRSP, has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Jenine is currently working at Everise as the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition since August 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Everise from June 2021 to July 2023.

Prior to Everise, Jenine worked at TDCX as a Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2015 to June 2021. Jenine also had a brief stint as a Recruitment Lead at UST Global from March 2015 to July 2015.

Furthermore, Jenine has experience as a Recruitment Executive at SHORE Solutions Inc. from March 2012 to March 2015. Jenine started their career at Aspire IT R&S, Inc. as a Recruitment Associate from June 2011 to March 2012.

Before entering the field of talent acquisition and recruitment, Jenine worked as a Customer Service Representative at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation from April 2010 to May 2011.

Jenine Semilla, CRSP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in the years 2007 to 2011. In addition, they hold various certifications including being a Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional from the International HR Institute. Jenine has also completed several LinkedIn courses in areas such as virtual interviewing, project management, critical thinking, data analytics, and strategic workforce planning, among others.
