Eileen Kim

Eileen Kim, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned learning and development professional currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and ERG Program Manager at Everlaw since July 2021. With a strong background in education, Eileen previously held teaching roles at Fremont Union High School District and Summit Public Schools, where achievements included being named Santa Clara County Teacher of the Year in 2017. Eileen is skilled in designing and facilitating inclusive and engaging learning programs, coaching educators, and developing strategic partnerships, notably with Stanford University. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from NYU and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
