Claus then joined Swest GmbH as a Supervisor from 2000 to 2003. After that, Claus worked at T-Systems International Gmbh, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Engineer and Quality Manager, Head of production planning for finance, logistics and SAP, and Head of Business Planning. Claus worked at T-Systems International Gmbh from 2003 to 2013. Following that, they joined MAN Diesel & Turbo as a Service Provider Manager in 2013.
