Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Everly since October 2021, Kate has previously held key roles at Zurich North America from April 2012 to October 2021, including AVP, Innovation Consultant, and Senior Value Proposition Consultant. In these positions, Kate led the design and delivery of digital solutions, championed innovation for Commercial Insurance, and collaborated cross-functionally to create customer-focused strategies. Kate's earlier career included roles at Mindshare as a Competitive Intelligence Associate and Media Research Intern, alongside a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
