Bobby Chen

Bobby Chen is an experienced technical support engineer currently serving as a Sun/Oracle Technical Support Engineer L3 at Evernex since August 2023. Prior to this position, Bobby held various roles at Computer Data Source, Inc. from September 2009 to August 2023, including Sun Service Delivery Manager and Senior Technical Support Specialist. Bobby's career began at Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities as a System Support Engineer included installation, maintenance, and support of Sun Microsystems equipment from July 1996 to March 2009. Notably, Bobby participated in the "Best of the Best" System Support Engineer program, which provided extensive training in technical service delivery.
