Louis Kam

Louis Kam has a diverse work experience in various IT-related roles. Louis started their career as a Software Consultant at Bluebiz Solution Sdn Bhd, where they provided customer training and support for software. Louis then joined DXC Technology as an IT Analyst, handling computer, internet, and printer issues. Louis then moved to Tech Mahindra as an Information Technology Service Desk Specialist, ensuring tasks were completed and providing solutions to users. Louis later joined Singtel as a Technical Service Engineer, resolving technical issues and improving daily operations. Currently, Louis is the Operation Associate Lead at Evernex, where they oversee operations and ensures smooth functioning.

Louis Kam earned a Diploma in Science in Business Information System from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Louis then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
