Julia Bovey

Julia Bovey is an experienced industry leader specializing in external affairs and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Director of External Affairs for Offshore Wind at Eversource Energy, Julia focuses on advancing policies and partnerships for offshore wind deployment. Prior roles include directing external affairs for Equinor Wind US, where Julia developed major offshore wind projects off New York and New Jersey. Julia has also held positions at JHB Strategies, the New York State Department of Public Service, First Wind, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Educational credentials include a BA in History and an MS in Journalism from Columbia University, complemented by a foundational education from The Cambridge School of Weston.
