Bill Cooper

Bill Cooper, CPA, serves as the CFO of Everspin Technologies since January 2025, following a tenure at AMD from 2017 to January 2025 as Director of Finance. In this role, Bill was the Corporate FP&A lead, directly reporting to senior management. Prior to this, Bill held various finance leadership roles at AMD and worked as a Division CFO at Volex, overseeing financial operations across multiple countries. Bill's earlier career includes roles as VP Finance at MCRI and director-level positions at Trilogy, with responsibilities ranging from financial reporting to strategic financial management. Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
