Audra Kachonik

Audra Kachonik, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Everspring, where responsibilities include leading people initiatives and overseeing HR functions such as budget management, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. Kachonik has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having previously held roles at Uptake as Executive Director of HR & Organizational Development and Human Resources Business Partner, where notable achievements included implementing a new HRIS and launching employee engagement initiatives. Prior to Uptake, Kachonik held several positions at Everspring, starting as Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Project Manager. Additional professional experiences include roles at DSML Executive Search, HotelTonight, Kaplan University, and various educational organizations. Kachonik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The American University of Rome.
